Stick2It is a goal commitment platform that helps users pursue personal goals through structured tasks, verification, and accountability mechanisms. Stick2It does not guarantee success or outcomes.

2. Eligibility

To use Stick2It, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old
• Be legally able to enter into a binding agreement
• Provide accurate and truthful information during registration

3. Account responsibility

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account
• You are responsible for all activities that occur under your account
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use

4. Goal creation and participation

• You are responsible for defining your goals and participating honestly
• Goals are fixed once started and cannot be paused or modified unless explicitly allowed by the platform
• You agree to make a genuine effort to complete your goals

5. Tasks and verification

• Goals may be broken into tasks that require evidence of completion
• Evidence may include photos, videos, files, audio, or written submissions
• Stick2It reserves the right to accept or reject submissions based on stated verification criteria
• Decisions made during verification are final

6. Stakes and payments

• Some goals require a monetary stake
• Stakes are not investments, not bets, and not interest bearing
• If a goal is completed successfully, the stake is returned in full
• If a goal is not completed, the stake is donated to a cause selected by the user
• Once a goal starts, stakes cannot be refunded, reversed, or transferred

7. Donations

• You authorize Stick2It to donate your stake on your behalf if you do not complete your goal
• Donation execution timing may vary
• Stick2It does not guarantee tax deductibility of donations

8. No gambling or wagering

• Stick2It is not a gambling, betting, or gaming platform
• Outcomes are based solely on user actions and task completion

9. User conduct

You agree not to:

• Submit false or misleading evidence
• Attempt to manipulate verification systems
• Use the platform for illegal or harmful activities
• Interfere with the platform’s operation or security

10. Suspension and termination

• Stick2It may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms
• Terminated accounts may forfeit active stakes

11. Platform availability

• Stick2It may experience downtime, bugs, or interruptions
• We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error free operation

12. Intellectual property

• All platform content, branding, and software belong to Stick2It
• You may not copy, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of the platform without permission

13. Privacy
